At the end of 2021, Luk Bastiaens completed his career as organ teacher at the Lemmens Institute in Leuven and at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels, where he was also head of the teacher training department. Since 1984, he has been editor of the Flemish organ magazine Orgelkunst, becoming editor-in-chief in 2005. He constantly strives to export Flemish organ culture through concerts, articles, publications and CD productions, thus promoting the activities of organists, composers, instrument builders and musicologists. Works by Attaignant, Sweelinck, Cornet, Froberger, Mareshall, Erbach and Van den Kerckhoven will be featured.
