Completely restored by the municipality in 1988, this pivot mill could be considered one of the oldest in Europe, if an inscription dated 1127 on one of its beams is to be believed. However, the first written mention of the mill dates back to 1547. During your visit, don't miss the Italian motto on a piece of wood: "Buon la forza, Meglio l'ingenio!" or "Strength is good, genius is better! A bon entendeur?
