Come and discover the recipes used to make the famous "Fromage de Bergues".
Jean-Noël will introduce you to his dairy farm and its living quarters, take you on a tour of the production facilities, and end the visit with a tour of the natural maturing cellar.
Then it's time for a tasting, an opportunity to discover the little cheese named after a monk from Bergues, "Le Saint Winoc", made from raw milk.
