Professional beekeepers in Hoymille, near Bergues, Hélène Fiers and Mathieu Hébert produce a variety of honeys, all from their apiaries in Flanders and Aisne, where their family ties lie.
Each year, they care for some 350 colonies of bees, a hundred of which are dedicated to queen rearing.
On-farm sales outlet: open every Friday from 2.30pm to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 12.30pm. You'll find a wide range of honeys: spring, flower, lime and acacia.
