The milk journey at the TOP farm: from pasture to cheese!
During the summer months, Jean-Noël will introduce you to the dairy cow and her living environment, take you on a tour of the production facilities and give you a glimpse of the natural maturing cellar.
Then it's time for a tasting of the new raw-milk cheese named after a monk from Bergen, "Le Saint Winoc".
Tickets for the farm visit can be booked via the Hauts de Flandre Tourist Office online store.
Sales at the farm Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 12pm and 4:30pm to 7pm. Saturday from 10am to 12pm. Also present at the Bergues market on Monday mornings and the Bray Dunes market on Thursday mornings.
