Farm sales of Bergues and St Winoc cheeses, butter, raw or beaten milk, crème fraîche, fromage frais made with milk from their cows Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 12pm and 4:30pm to 7pm.
Saturday from 10am to 12pm.
Also present at the Bergues market on Monday mornings and the Bray Dunes market on Thursday mornings.
During the summer season, tours are offered: The TOP farm milk trail: from pasture to cheese!
Jean-Noël will introduce you to the dairy cow and her living environment, take you on a tour of the production facilities and give you a glimpse of the natural maturing cellar. Then it's time for a tasting of the new raw-milk cheese named after a monk from Bergen, "Le Saint Winoc".
